Microtech Srl, a leading company in the rapidly expanding technology sector and a well-known brand of IT products for the B2B, consumer and educational market, RESEARCH a dynamic and motivated person for the office located in Buccinasco, which contributes to the wellbeing and growth of the company, to be included in its own staff for the role of 1st level assistance.
The candidate be concerned with telephone assistance and web platform with customers and resellers. It will also support the flow of incoming and outgoing assistance and perform small warehouse, shipping and production tasks (assembly and software configuration).
Essential requirements:
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent ability to relate with customers
- Excellent ability to organize priorities and work in a team
- Good knowledge of English
- Office package, e-mail
They are preferential requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of hardware and software, specialized in Windows, Android and Ubuntu operating systems
- Equivalent technical or cultural diploma (preferable computer or electronic studies)
- Previous experience in the role
It offers:
- Fixed term contract 1 year, recruitment purpose

- Salary proportionate to the experience
