Profile required

Microtech Srl, a leading company in the rapidly expanding technology sector and a well-known brand of IT products for the B2B, consumer and educational market, RESEARCH for its headquarters in Buccinasco (MI), a dynamic and motivated person who contributes to wellness and to the growth of the company, to be included within its staff for the role of Administrative Employee. The candidate will mainly deal with the administrative aspects, the relationship with customers and suppliers (including international ones) and will also perform ordinary accounting tasks (first note, registration of bank records), secretaries and reception staff. Of great importance will be the ability to draw up and verify contracts with suppliers and factories, sometimes located in the East.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Good organizational skills priority management and teamwork
  • Mastery of the PC (Office package, e-mail)
  • Previous experience in the administrative role
  • Accounting school certificate

Preferential requirements:

  • Knowledge of management software, specifically ErP Business Cube of NTS informatica
  • Previous experience in the role 
  • Laurea in economics or equivalent culture.

An initial contract is offered for maternity replacement, with the aim of identifying a person to be employed on a permanent basis.

The salary will be commensurate with the experience and evaluated during the interview.

Microtech Srl, a leading company in the rapidly expanding technology sector and a well-known brand of IT products for the B2B, consumer and educational market, RESEARCH a dynamic and motivated person for the office located in Buccinasco, which contributes to the wellbeing and growth of the company, to be included in its own staff for the role of 1st level assistance.

The candidate be concerned with telephone assistance and web platform with customers and resellers. It will also support the flow of incoming and outgoing assistance and perform small warehouse, shipping and production tasks (assembly and software configuration).

Essential requirements:

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent ability to relate with customers
  • Excellent ability to organize priorities and work in a team
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Office package, e-mail

They are preferential requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of hardware and software, specialized in Windows, Android and Ubuntu operating systems
  • Equivalent technical or cultural diploma (preferable computer or electronic studies)
  • Previous experience in the role
